"Elegant Clock order with inscription"
I ordered an Elegant Glass Clock with engraving on Dec. 24, 2020 and received confirmation that same day. I had included in the notes that I would need the clock by Jan. 6, 2021. Since I had not received or heard anything, I called Baudville on Jan. 6th. I was told I had not approved the proof; however, I never received an email asking for proof approval. Tiffany Zander was kind enough to tell me they would process and ship my order overnight without any extra cost. I did receive the clock on Jan. 8th in time for our employee's retirement reception that afternoon. Thank you, Tiffany, for your extra work and kind consideration!
